SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Return of MIKE AND IKE® Movie Mania Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Just Born, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and begins at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”), May 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m., ET, August 15, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Subject to the additional restrictions set forth below, the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry (each entrant referred to herein as an “Entrant” or “Participant”). Sponsor’s employees and employees of agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate families or individuals living in the same households of such employees are ineligible to enter or win. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.justborn.com/privacy-policy. A Participant’s first entry does not require a UPC code. Any subsequent daily entries require a Participant to enter the regular UPC code printed on a MIKE AND IKE® brand candy pack weighing 0.78 oz or more. UPC Codes are available on the outside of all packages of participating MIKE AND IKE® products.
